Rhino Rescue

Rhino Rescue is a proof of concept game with the goal of generating awareness about the work of The Rhino Orphanage. Rhino Rescue was heavily inspired by tamogotchis and nintendogs. Creature care games that see the player tasked with taking care of one or more pets. 

The player must feed, wash, heal and exercise their digital friends in order to nurse them back to health and release them back into the wild. Releasing a rhino makes room in the orphanage for the next rhino in need.

Rhinos have a variety of stats that must be balanced by the player in order to aid in their rhinos recovery. The player must take part in mini-games with their rhinos in order to generate gold that is used to take care of the rhinos, rehabilitating these guys isn't cheap!. Be careful though, just taking part in the mini-games will affect your rhinos stats (like hunger and exercise levels), so mix and match your rhinos to better manage their stats.
